We try to make sure that our clients are satisfied with what we provide, but we’ll give a refund if you request it within 7 days after purchase. The request for a full refund must be submitted within 7 days after the original purchase date. Requests sent after this time period will not be considered.

Our team will check your information to determine your eligibility, and if you will be eligible, we will process your refund request using the same payment method that you used to place your order (your original payment method used for the purchase).
Our return policy is only applicable to purchases made directly on our website, EmailList.Shop. If the purchase was made via any third-party platform, we will not be liable for any refund; then the return policy of that third-party platform will apply. Under the following circumstances, we have the authority to refuse refunds if;
